You are invited to join us on April 28 as Renee Schwadron Lewis demonstrates Post-
Impressionist style drawings. She uses a combination of colored pencils, pastels, and oil
crayons in bold colors to capture the colorful nature of women.
She is a native of Brooklyn and her work reflects the influence of the cultures in New York.
She received a B.F.A. in Fabric Design from the School of Art at Syracuse University. She is
proficient with repetitive patterns throughout her work in silk screening and weaving. She is
also is an award winning artist and is represented throughout Florida galleries. She also
teaches classes and workshops for children and adults at The Orlando Museum of Art, the

The demonstration will follow a brief meeting of the Sanford Seminole Art Association
monthly meeting. It is FREE and OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. Light refreshments will be served.
